So my knowledge is a little sketchy here so feel free to jump in. the NDRC has nothing on their website and I can’t get the full details elsewhere but here is what I know.

It seems that the NDRC in association with Games Ireland has selected five companies to participate in a Gamepad accelerator programme. The companies are Bright Head, Lopoly, Pewter Games, Dark Oasis and Shoe in a Zoo (?). Congrats to all.

This Thursday and Friday (19th and 20th of Sept.) there will be a two day event with mentors and including Ian Baverstock and Jonathan Newth, from the UK and the gamepad cohort at the NDRC.

If anyone from the wider industry would like to meet the teams, some of the mentors and find out more about Gamepad they are invited to visit at 17.15 on Thursday the 19th for an hour in the NDRC. RSVP mark@gamesireland.ie

    For more see:
    http://brightheadgames.com/
    http://www.lopoly.com/
    http://www.pewtergamesstudios.com/

Can’t find website for Dark Oasis Studios (although they are on Linked in) or other company. Although I think the name of the fifth company may be wrong.

PM me if you know more.
