      Hi there,

Would there be any point in taking this course if you’re already taking the HND in Computer Games Design or is this stuff covered in that course?

      Thanks a million.

      Oisin.

This course focuses on good coding practices and uses C#, the main language in the Hnd course is Unity Script, and the teaching is more focused on experimental gameplay in second year, and the use of scripts for specific purposes in first.

The night course is, in my opinion, complimentary to the Hnd, as well as a much needed stand alone module, and gives the programmer/mechanics designer inclined students in depth knowledge of C# programming in Unity.

Will you be running this course as just a once off or will you run it again?

      Me too!

I’m really excited to see what we can accomplish in the 12 weeks.

My hope is that at end of it we have a full game created, equivalent to a 12 hour game jam game (good practice for Gamecraft ;)).
