You know he is simply hatching a plot to end all world terrorism, just like he created world unity and the end of communism. If you watch the full video, you see Kitt crashing through the wall with Pamela Anderson, Jordan and Carmen Electra in the back seat singing german love songs. The terrorists finally realise what the west is really about (fast cars and silicon breast implants), let the Hoff go and sign up to become the 53rd state.
