That’s good news, does anyone not love Pixar?

The Incredibles is 99% complete too and has been sending out good signals despite being more ‘mature’ than their previous films.

Of course Toy Story 2 was to be another straight to video Disney sequel until quite late in development.

      Yeah Pixar, great!

I dont really like Pixar’s films, I’m dead on the inside.[/quote:6157bfab72]

Really? You didn’t like Toy Story, Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc or Finding Nemo? (I tend to exclude A Bugs Life)

You must at least like some of their short films right?

If you haven’t check them out particularily the oscar winning For the Birds.

But they’re all good, pretty important too, I think Tin Toy was a bit of a landmark for human facial animation.

But Pixar’s work is more than technically impressive, its great stories well told. To me at least.

      1) They don’t make me laugh

      2) I am sick of reading reviews that go along the lines: ‘Its a great film for the kids, but the adults will be laughing at the subtle adult jokes’ eh? thats a load of ox balls.

      3) They killed the 2D animation industry :p (jjust kidding)

      1. Fair enough.
      2. Because you don’t find them funny doesn’t mean that what the reviewer says is a “load of ox balls”. I think generally most adults who watch Pixar films find them funny. And there usually are subtle mature jokes, but maybe a bit too subtle for a kid, even a kyotokid.
      3. Disney did that all by themselves.

      touche….

I was just trying to give a reason to why I don’t like them, everyone else I know thinks they are great. The main problem is that I don’t find them funny :(
