      Sorry for this obscure topic, but what is the condition for obtaining online forum software. I ask because I am embarking on a small project and want to apply a community feature in my site. Any suggestions or answers would be appreciated.

      Conditions? Go to http://www.phpbb.com/downloads.php, download, read the licence (its free), install.

      Thats pretty much it.
