I don’t think you can import flash anims into what you are planning to do, but I could be wrong, maybe someone else here who is more informed can answer this question for you.What I was suggesting was to export your Flash animations as Gifs, PNG’s or BMP sequences or what ever format you decide/need to use.
This method enables you to have the freedom to animate using the flash environment and export the results into a usable format.
