Id personally recommend a course either in animation or in industrial design.
The beauty with industrial design is it teaches you transferable skills that can be used in industry. The different areas people go into after the course are huge and a blot big games companies look for industrial designers specifically because of their brilliant 3d skills (guerrilla games had an add in the edge looking for industrial designers). I could be wrong here but would fine arts not be too traditional in terms of medium whereas something like industrial design emphasises a lot of combining new technology with traditional methods. You do a lot of 3d modelling in industrial design.
