Used to be called Stitch I think……… December 6, 2004 at 10:16 am #16263 AnonymousInactive SimCloth is pretty cool, and very easy to use and its FREE. You can get it from either http://www.chaosgroup.com or http://www.chaoticdimension.com, can’t remember which. Does simple rigid body collisions too. ClothReyes was a really excellent one, they made it free for 3DSmax r3 and it was as simple or as complex as you needed it to be. Anyway, theres a few vids on ClothFX here: http://www4.discreet.com/3dsmax/3dsmax.php?id=870 December 6, 2004 at 11:41 am #16264 AnonymousInactive The guy narrating there just sounds so frigg’n cool! How DOES he do it??? ;) December 6, 2004 at 1:07 pm #16268 AnonymousInactive Very cool. When I heard ClothFX would be free to Max users I was hoping HairFX would follow. Then sadly it dawned upon me that they’re not by the same company!! :( December 6, 2004 at 6:37 pm #16300 AnonymousInactive Ugh…..hair, probably the second most frustrating thing to do after cloth…..actually, come to think of it, its probably worse…. Must download SimCloth and give it a bash….. Author Posts Viewing 5 reply threads The forum ‘General Discussion’ is closed to new topics and replies.
