Blender 2.45 released, as well as OpenOffice 2.3

Hi folks,

For those using any of these OpenSource apps, Blender 2.45 has just been released.

There are HUGE plans for 2.5, some of which are already in the trunk ( and so there may be a 2.46 release – including some cool "Bone Heat Weighting", and "Dual Quaternian Skinning" technology – the last one is from our own Trinity College, Dublin! – see http://www.blender.org/development/current-projects/changes-since-244/skinning/ )

Also, for those not using Microsoft Office, OpenOffice 2.3 has recently been released.
