Just to let you know (if you don’t know already) there are a good few people on Boards.ie who are very good at 3d modelling and level design. Many people there have experience making mods for games like half-life and design levels for games. So if anybody is out looking for talented potential employees you should have a look there every so often.
I have been posting their myself for ages now (since 2001) and I know some very talented people there who have design some very beautiful levels and models for games like countestrike and quake. I usually post some pics of whatever I’m working at the moment there too.
Torc Interactive have a board on boards.ie as well btw.
