      Does anyone know who runs the game art/design course(s) in Ballyfermot, either LUDO or the HND?

      I’m looking for an email address. The links on the GD.ie education pages seem broken at the moment…

      Thought Emmet Kilbride was Ludo Course Co-ordinator (But may switch each year). Don’t have contact details though.

      They are seperate courses.

      Emmet Kilbride is LUDO
      Shane Whelan is CGHND

      game art ? , well the offical name of the hnd course is Game design and development , we did not do any art , ( other then story boarding in 1st year ) but if you can draw that helps. But yea if you need Shane Whelans email , just ask and i will send it to you in private IM.

      uh, were you awake for your 3d classes then? or photoshop?
      there is a ton of art done on cghnd, how far you want to take it is up to you. if art is what you want to specialise in, shane is really good for helping you out.

      Got to agree with this, you use art a lot more than you would think. Even classes like programming you use it for concepts, and even just for getting ideas out of your head so you can look at them.
