"Halo 3 on xBox (4 person team), Project Gotham Racing 4 on xBox (individual), FIFA 08 on PC (Individual) and Warcraft 3 on PC (Individual).

In addition to the Irish Final of World Cyber Games there will be other competitions on the day such as Guitar Hero (live on stage!), COD 4, CSS and for the old school gamers a Quake Live beta competition."

I suck at all these games. Well used to be good at Quake. If only wii tennis was in the actual competition.

Yeah there have been posters up all around the hub for the past few weeks looking to get company teams together for Wii competitions

Might be a good idea to get some good games too.

A yes….broadband….now my bloods pumping a bit faster….and feeling a bit hotter too. I’d be interested in a games lobby just for us poor folk that don’t live in ADSL-land but have a 3G mobile mast close by.

PS apologies for all the typos, I seem to be growing extra fingers

Hmm to be honest the WCG is a bit of a joke , here in Ireland.

(just read to get an idea why )

The download / upload cap is what annoys me the most- but then that’s the case for most ISP’s not just Eircom. It’s a little hard to take all this ‘digital distribution’ stuff seriously when we still have limitations such as that.
