      Good news everyone!

Just got an e-mail from the Dare to be Digital group stating –

"Last year teams applying from the island of Ireland were required to have a mix of students from Universities in both the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland. This rule has been removed and teams from the Island of Ireland will not have to include a team member from outside their jurisdiction. Therefore we are expecting applications from teams on the Island of Ireland, both North and South, and we will select one team to go forward to represent the Island in Dare 2012."[/quote:77681159f2]

I think this is an excellent chance for Irish students to really showcase their tallents.

In light of the recent news, I have decided to front IADT Game Development Society, the goal for which, in 2012, will be to take a team and apply for Dare to be Digital 2013.

Any IADT students on the forums who are interested, gimme a shout!
