      Yes, GPU-accelerated renderers are here. NVidia’s acquisition of Exluna with the aim of “bringing cinematic rendering to the GPU world” is showing its results. NVidia announced today Gelato (Italian word for “frozen”, commonly used for “icecream”), a GPU-accelerated renderer. Gelato licenses are currently priced at $2750. See here for more info
