Hi,
You are a winner of the Totally360.com Halo 3 Beta Competition, thanks to
the Xbox Community Network and Bungie.[/quote:03f23fbb2d]No need to buy CrackDown! ;)

nice..
Bit of a shame halo 3 beta was bundled with crackdown. from what ive heard crackdown is meant to be quite good. Kind of demeens the product and the developers Realtime worlds if your lumping a demo of one of the most anticipated games of 2007/08 with their game. Basically creates the image that the games rubbish and only reason you’d buy it is to get a free halo beta key.

yeah true, i played the demo, its great fun
but, the free beta is only included in the first batch of crackdowns. Also how many great games never get a chance because no one gave it a go.
By putting the invites with a good game like Crackdown, its got a better chance of doing well and becoming an "must have" exclusive series/franisce for the xbox, than putting it with a crap game that would ultimately would have no future as a series/franisce.

I would have thought, it been from one of the creators of GTA would be enough to sell it.

Dunno, would have thought so because for the 2 years they had no screen shots and just concept art. they tut’d this fact in promo’s.

Honestly, when you started talking about Crackdown, I’d no idea what you were talking about until Realtime Worlds was mentioned, and I’ve even been in the studio, looked at the concept art and spoke to the producer about the project. I don’t think its getting that much publicity…

Played the demo and … I’ll buy Crackdown for sure ( Halo3 beta is a (sweet) added bonus).
And by the way:
"A Microsoft spokesman has confirmed to IGN that every copy of the initial shipment of Crackdown includes an invite to the Halo 3 multiplayer beta. It doesn’t matter if you get a copy of the game at launch or a couple of weeks after; as long as you get a copy of the initial shipment, you’re in the Halo 3 multiplayer beta." -

When does the halo multiplayer beta start for winners of the competition and people who buy crackdown? and does crackdown demo atart after the chosen few for the beta?
