Got a newsletter from microtrade which had news of a iPhone workshop that happened in Dublin & Belfast on April 23rd/24th.
Anyone here attend (or take part?)

I made it along for an hour in the evening, only caught the panel discussion at the end though. It was an interesting discussion and I picked up some useful bits of info. Made some good contacts too – well worth going overall.
The shindig event on May 15th will have a bit of an iPhone flavour, should be interesting for anyone developing on the platform – you might need to get GreenBean or Aphra to put you on the guest list at this stage though :)
Anyone here going over to San Fran for WWDC in June?

Yeah, I organised the trip for NI companies to go to WWDC. Shame the tickets are sold out – we have a waiting list now of people who want to go.
If you are going (bought your ticket), are based in Northern Ireland and haven’t spoken to me, then you really should :)
My day job also means doing something in games in the near future – would be interested in collaborating, it’ll mean doing some meeting type stuff, maybe a developer day event similar to the iPhone one for games on any platform.
