This is rather an odd approach to users pirating Windows and Office.

Apparently they will be regularly nagged, and have their desktop reset to black.
How is this going to do anything other than make people think, "mmm all I need to do is put up with a black screen, and some nagging, and I can happily pirate Windows and Office."
Surely forcing a reboot, or disallowing "SAVE" in Office would be better ways to go about this?
Oh, and you can of course, opt out of the Windows Genuine Advantage program.
