Hey,
I participated in Ludum Dare 48h game competition over the weekend and this is the game I made: http://www.kongregate.com/games/df3n5/littleearths-last-stand
I made the game using the awesome flash game library flixel, and made all the assets myself using open source tools like GIMP, audacity and rosegarden.
