I was at a bit of a loose end and snooping about and I found something thats quiet remarkable.
At this moment, since the start of April, 110 people have join the forum. Thats 110 in 20 days! Thats incredible that we are still getting so many new members all the time.Congrats on all the good work on the site guys!

Quite a few of them are spam members :( We need to remove a lot of them. We now have about 600 ‘real’ members. -

yeah spam members are becoming real pains in the ass ( in forum on the internet generaly, don’t seem to have much of a problem on this site)

We have had spam posts 4-5 times at this stage. Normally the *cough* highly efficient moderator team get rid of them with all due haste.

thats a good idea, it really does cut a lot of spam out ( we use it)
we get some bad spaming at dcemu.co.uk, this morning i had to delete 6 threads selling xboxs, phones etc.

Flaming heck. Does that mean the other 600 are spam members?? :shock:Looking at the members list, it does seem to be quite a problem.
