Viewing 0 reply threads Author Posts November 17, 2007 at 2:11 pm #6378 AnonymousInactive If anyone is doing web development locally, this toolkit is invaluable ( and free! ) It’s XAMPP, and combines a totally set-up off-line server ( Apache ), with all of the pre-installed frills ( MySQL server, PHP etc ). I use XAMPP Lite, which contains a core common set of extensions, and which you just place in a folder and run – no install etc. Here’s the link… http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html#646 It makes it easier to test web based loading etc, without having to copy your files online all of the time ( which can take a while to upload etc ).
