      Hey folks,
Here are some YouTube videos from some course work for IET masters in Trinity.

All are from small one or two day programming projects so nothing too fancy up yet but though it might be interesting with the recent talk about various courses relevance to industry.

You might even see some familiar faces in the vids.

      Hi David,

Nice videos. Are your students using ARToolkit?

Hi jediboy thanks for the comment.

LOL, I will have to let Steve know I should be on the payroll.
I’m one of the Guinea pigs taking the course not teaching on it, but maybe in a few years that would change.

Don’t think anyone used AR toolkit for the last assignment (could be wrong).

We are being thought what is going on in the background rather than using API’s as black boxes so we should be able to code anything AR toolkit does ourselves. But we are aware of AR toolkit and will might use for the next assignment (Bigger game with groups of two or three working on it) as a time saver.

New Video from IET. Augmented reality boxing game with wiimotes.
Created in OpenGL. Used ARTag rather than ARtoolkit.
