What does the cord for Guitar hero (PS3) look like?

I know, it was idiotic, but i just got 3 guitar hero guitars from an online garage sale. I brought them home, and the plug in on the guitars looks nothing like my controller cord (more like a phone jack). What is the real cord supposed to look like? And are these the real ps3 guitar hero guitars?

Ha i dont know where to start.

Have you seen the guitar hero guitars before. If not google them and compare.

Also what has this to do with programming?
