Fabel, Pikmin 2, Donkey Konga ??

Pikmin 2, Fable, Donkey Konga (in that order)
I heard great things about Pikmin 2 and since I already have Fable I want your opinion on P2 :p

I got Donkey Konga a week ago, its alright. A shame that the songs are all covers, I’m told its particularily bad with the well known stuff on the PAL version, I have an NTSC copy.
A bit of fun, doesn’t touch Samba.
Fable I was put off by having read the reviews, although I think generally I just don’t play RPGs anymore.
And then today as I leave the house this morning to go to work at 8 the postman delivers Pikmin2, Ikaruga and a memory 1019 (or whatever it is).
This morning I really hated having a job ;) Looking forward to Pikmin2, the first one was a treat.

Yeah….Fable….40 quid for 10 hours play kinda turns me off…
Also, isn’t the Fable box very ordinary. Was in Game the other day and I really had to look to find it. Was in there just now and I couldn’t see it. Dunno if thats cos it was sold out or it just blends in with the others. There’s nothing that stands out with it…bad marketing I think… -

There is a possiblity that it was sold out – it is at number 1 in the charts and has sold very well in the US…

If you play the game with an open mind and fiddle with all the little design quirks you could easily rack up 30-40 hours on Fable. I finished it there last night with a playrime of 34 hours. The amount of stuff I did in the game was amazing, One thing that did disturb me though was my rather fequent sessions of kiddnaping my wifes, although in a humours way. What i did was got them all to follow me, to my Manor none the less then I shut the door behind me and killed them all!, it was hilarious. Although morally wrong… I suppose you had to be there. Er… I’ll stop now.

AND THE BOX ART IS NOT ORDINARY….it’s really Japanesey me thinks….

Hmmm….the impression I got from reading reviews was that you’d play it in 10 hours and then replay it several times doing things differently and from the way everyone moans about it being cut down and not being everything that was promised, this idea seemed to fit the bill.
