Retro Gaming – Super Mario Kart Tournament

RetroGaming.ie are returning to The Back Page with the SNES’s classic Super Mario Kart, Thursday Nov 17th 8:30PM. We’re at the cracking Bodytonic venue, The Back Page, only a 10-15 min walk from the city center, for this brilliant genre defining game! If you remember Bowser’s Castle, Mario Circuit, Rainbow Road and many more classic mario kart tracks, then you have to come join us for some Mario Kart madness.
We’re changing the tournament format this time round, to give more games to all players. We’ll have a group stage where everyone plays everyone else in their group, with the top 2 players qualifying for the knock-out stages. There’s a good few players that haven’t played this in a long time so don’t feel like you have to be setting lap records to take part! It’s mainly about reliving an old classic in a great venue with a dose of nostalgia and craic!
We’ll have some classic retro gaming prizes on the night too, to be announced soon! Mario Kart fans, you can’t miss it!
