    There is a company moved into the same building as us and they are doing motion capture using infared cameras so its a much cheaper setup and you don’t need those big white balls (easy now), I had a chance to check it out and it worked really well, you need darkish clothes but it exports all the moves to multiple formats.

    They currently use it mostly for sport science but they are interested in getting in touch with any 3D content creators interested in using their software.

    I wonder are they open to working on some demonstrator projects, spin-outs or even student related work.
