A large survey of over 2,000 teenagers has been conducted by two academics on behalf of the National Children’s Office and it includes a section on computer games.
Key issue to emerge was a significant gender difference in terms of frequency of game play but also that only just over a third report playing games either every day or most days.
First time to my knowledge we have had such a large survey on this topic in Ireland.
