Although this 18 month course costs a fair whack ( about $14K dollars, 8K or so? This may not be so bad, when taking into account charges for going to local courses, especially with the repayment plans— $30 a month ), it looks to be top notch, with mentors from many professional organisations.

Might be of interest to some of you wanting to focus on this area, especially as a qualification from these guys may be a bit more credible than one from Ballydung :)

some amazing mentors on that course alright. Pixar and dreamworks employees.. Probably good employment opportunities after with that network of contacts at hand.

This is an considerable expensive route to take when u take into consideration the cost of taking a HND in ballyfermot college is a mere 400euro…also through the ANIMATES festival which will be held in Dublin in June of 2007, there will be a large selection of Master classes and talks geared toward the animation and game development industry..these will be given by leading companys such as Pixar etc..the total cost for a 4 day ticket is a mere 200 euro which includes all talks and access.
