Apparently the event is a bit rubbish. Just lots of stands with people saying, send us your cv.

Well its a games career event, not GDC etc. Its like the FAS event they have in the RDS every year ( except its games only). Great opportunity for ppl to get a conversation face to face with developers and hear first hand how to get a job.

Thats my point, I don’t think there was many people talking, it was just, “Hi, yeah, send us a cv”.
The talks that were on were right beside the stands so all the chatting there was drowning out the talks. -

Our guy is back today from the event ( we sent down sega rally lead). He said the event was really good, some really strong graduates out there. He was telling me he was really surprised when ppl came up to him to say they had “game design degrees”. He didnt know such a thing existed. :P
He did say the Sega name though pulled a good few to the stand, so thats always good.

They sold though, didnt they? Someone must have bought them.. Although Sega Europe dont make them. We make driving games, rome total war games and FM games.
Seriously though the next one on 360 is very good, worth a purchase :)

Nah im not referring to shadow on 360, im taking about sonic the hedgehog 360, out in November.
Well CA is Sega now, so its a Sega product.. Just like Burnout is an EA product, eventhough Criternion make it, their all the same thing..
