Question how is the latest jobs advertised relevant to games?
"Brand Marketing & Direct Sales positions – Skillground"
Just curious. I realise the email addresses attached to this ad say groove games, but the job description doesnt seem to mention games at all?

Maybe not, but why alienate those who might be.
This is supposed to be a forum for those in all aspects of game development after all, not just those directly hands one with code and art. We encourage relations with management, sales and legal. -
Just seeing this now, was in DCU at the games week events today.
Yes these are both business positions but because they are working for a company which is a spin-off from a games company and the brand and IP they are working with are game related….we thought they were relevant.
And I have to agree with omen, we will advertise any jobs in game companies..not just the tech and art ones. Sometimes we even have educational ones on here too..!
Note: I did point out to them that the content of the ads could have mentioned games more and that is why I added in a couple of lines at the beginning.
