 Call it "Computing & Behavioral Science" that way when you say it it sounds like you have two degrees. :)
But of the list there I think "Social Computer Technology" sums it up.
Cyber anything is so 1990 and I hate terms like Information Society and Digital Native. -

Thanks David. Your help is very much appreciated. Any chance you could ask your friends if you think of it? We are looking for as many opinions as possible. Thanks again.

Hello. Friends liked e-society or combination "computing and e-society" But were confused if the focus of the course would be the impact of technology on traditional society or looking at the development of new societies created by by a technology e.g. second life. But glad to see you are putting effort into naming the course. I did a course titled "multimedia" a few years back and a handful of students in the first year thought they would be doing journalism not programming. Seems course descriptions are not read when frantically filling out a CAO form. Needless to say they transferred when it dawned on them after a week or so. (Cough) dumb asses….

thought I had responded to this…must have got lost in cyberspace..
from a sociological perspective I have to say cybersociology suggests the study of social action and behaviour in cyberspace, ie. online. This courses seems to be about online and offline behaviour and include the computing and the social element…
I think computing and society counds the most accurate. I think e-society and information society are going out of fashion rapidly. The network society.. is the most recent sociological concept or fashion in this area…so that would be better than the information or knowledge society..
just thoughts…
