Just a thought, but it might be nice if there was some text or narrative explaining what the assignments were about, and what they added on top of what ODE etc provided?
Seems difficult just looking at the video to understand what interesting stuff was done?
Thats the purpose of each of the pictures/animations before each simulation. For the windmill for example, there is a picture of a real windmill and then the simulations of windmills programmed by the student in C++ using Open Dynamics Engine & DirectX
They look great, I’ve used ODE for robotics simulations and I’ve found joint groups are a awkward at the best of times, some of the simulations they built were brilliant!
(plus ODE is as finnicky as hell too)
