      well it has the status of a cultural activity in France – not sure we have quite got there in Ireland yet.

      TIGA has been trying to get the UK government to do a similar thing in the UK for years. Not sure it has happened though..

      That’s brilliant news. Good to see games are finally gaining official recognition for their cultural significance, not to mention healthy tax breaks for developers also. :) Hopefully this will spread to other EU states soon.
