Stuff to improve in the sequel…
1. Make the moral choice actually important and have different gameplay outcomes.
2. Lose the horrid end boss fight -

I liked it, but it didn’t justify the hype. Are there any improvements in the PS3 version?

Personally loved the game, from an art, story, acting perspective it was amazing. The trailer was a typical teaser, very cinematic which is what they seem to love at Boston 2K.

Unfortunately (or maybe not) the sequel is being developed by 2K Marin based in California. Ken Levine is consulting on the project but I believe they went with the move in order to come up with something different. Either that or whatever the Boston studio is working on is even bigger? -

Met a few of the lads from 2K over at Develop conference in Brighton (worth volunteering for, give me a pm if any1 wants the organisers email), all seemed like pretty cool guys, there was no mention in the talks or in conversation about whats next or what was going to happen with Bioshock franchise. Strange though they would move it after just one game.

Fairly typical. Unlikely they’d be talking freely round th general public. As for moving after 1 not that strange, means they can focus their energy getting new ip together for 2k. I’m sure the marin guys will do it just fine. Also reckon levine is working alot closer than you’d think, its a prime ip for 2k, it needs the love and care of the creators i they are to cash in again and hope to create something along the lines of halo empire etc.
