Factory Six launches an iPhone game

How can they mention the following on their site without copy right infringement.

Ari
Vince
Entourage

Surely its implying some sort of entourage tie in.

I like the premise, the game could do well, but it might be best to change the names to avoid any hassle.

These guys are idiots if the think they can plead ignorance to the whole name/show coincidence.. Bunch of jokers..

If they rename Ari, Vince and Entourage to Simon, Louie and X-Factor, they’ll probably be OK.

Sidenote: is Entourage, as a show, any good? From what I’ve been told, it sounds very very similar to ACTION! which starred Jay Mohr, as hollywood exec / screenstar-babysitter and general sleaze-king, Peter Dragon.

Anyway, "The Wire" was unanimously recommended as the show to boxset-gorge on over the holidays, but should entourage be thrown onto the queue? (maybe this is worthy of its own thread? – tv to catch up on over teh holidays…)

I remember ACTION! and liked it but Entourage is my favourite show ever! Marky Mark did good :)
