This is an environment i created in CryEngine 3. Tell me what you think.

Thanks alot :) This was my first major project in CryEngine :)
I was going for a Canadian, North West America feel to it. -

Looks like a solid start duggan. Are you adding any game mechanics to this project?
Just a couple of tips. In the vegetation tool are you using scale variation on those fir trees? Setting it to a value around 0.2~0.3 would make them look a bit less uniform.
If you want to add some visual polish to your forests you could consider adding a particle system that emits falling leaves occasionally and then subject them to gravity. Place this particle system in the denser areas of vegetation
The skybox looks mighty empty. You could maybe add some clouds, and boids.

Sometimes a great way to show off your environment art is to simply place it in a grey background level so your artwork just shines!
At the moment there is a ton of vegetation making it hard to focus on one thing.. Still looking good though. CE3 is a great toolkit.
Have you tried anything like Marmoset or UDK?
