Honestly if you want your society to thrive I really wouldnt have that kind of attitude. From past experience trying to focus all your attention on one kind of gamer is doomed to failure. You’re much better off having a little bit for everyone initially. Doing so will result in those who are interested in specific areas approaching you and offering to help out organising those activities. Sooner or later you’ll have a nice structure set up where you can delegate tasks to people who have strong interests im their area and hence make sure that all areas of gaming are covered. :D
