* Experience writing and maintaining high level and detailed design documentation
* Strong understanding of the online game development process and requirements
* Excellent creativity and attention to detailSkills:
* 3+ years professional experience as a Games Designer
* Demonstrable understanding of online gaming design
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks in an organised method
* Game logic, game balancing and problem solving skillsExtra points will be awarded for:
* Expertise in RPG, strategy, management or sports game design
* Strong graphic design capabilities (Photoshop skills etc…)
