      So I was thinking it was almost gd.ie’s 8th birthday – at least from the time of the official launch event in April 2003, the site itself went live towards the end of March 2003.

      And then I was in New York walking for a few days and who should I meet but Paul May and John Lynch, the two guys who designed the site initially.

      Karma….

      well of course I was very happy to be in NY …

      but what are the chances of bumping into those two guys this month in the US?

      Whats the story on a Shindig……are we having one……is anyone interested and if so how does Galway appeal to people?

      Some siuggested dates …. ;-)

      I only get home at beg of month so would prefer the 10th or towards the end of the month…24th maybe…

      but you don’t need me….feel free to go ahead and organise something yourselves..

      I’d love to attend, but I’m getting married in Italy the 10th. The 24th would suit me better as well!
