      For those starting our or wanting to expand it is worth keeping an eye on the courses and seminars run by local enterprise boards. For example, dublin city has some interesting ones on VC funding, although the one in Feb. is booked out at present. See http://www.dceb.ie/opencontent/default.asp?itemId=15

      I take it Invest NI runs similar type courses in NI and other country enterprise boards around the country run such courses too.
