CELL CPU Workshop & Programming Tutorial

Hi all,

The graphics and vision group in TCD and IBM Ireland / T.J. Watson are happy to announce a CELL workshop to take place next week, Tue 28th – Wed 29th November. This will have 2 sessions:

Session 1: an open invitation keynote session with speakers from IBM T.J. Watson Research Centre and Havok talking about the CELL CPU and it’s applciations in media and visualisation.

Session 2: a 1.5 day workshop introducing CELL CPU programming. This is a hands-on programming workshop with training by IBM staff, and a great way to get up to speed on the capabilities of CELL and tools used in CELL software development. Places are strictly limited and registration is required.
