Yeah, there’s a thread about it here somewhere, but couldn’t dig it up. If you look on their website they say there are jobs going in Dublin. There’s supposed to be an announcement soon (apparently) but no-one’s saying anything until then…

There’s jobs up in Dublin all the time these days and considering DC are advertising for jobs in all areas including Dublin on their web site it could be. Or it could be TKO or anyone else.
-
07/03/2005 at 9:59 am #18288AnonymousInactive
I don’t think TKO Ireland are looking for 3D Artists though…….are they?
I think its all 2D Mobile stuff in their offices over here….. -
07/03/2005 at 10:26 am #18289AnonymousInactive
I would have expected DC to be mainly mobile too, although there was talk of consoles.
Also, considering they advertise on gamesindustry.biz as DC Studios and don’t hide behind an agency name, I’d think its probably not them. -
07/03/2005 at 10:39 am #18290AnonymousInactive
Also, I think the job that Pete posted was a contract job. I would guess it was maybe for some sort of small project….
-
07/03/2005 at 10:54 am #18291AnonymousInactive
When I worked for them in glasgow, most of the people there were working as contracters…
-
07/03/2005 at 11:08 am #18292AnonymousInactive
Ahh, could be them so!
If it is, then its cool that they appear to be doing some console stuff over here, we need to get more console developers in these here parts.
