      so sorry everyone about yesterday!

      It Appears that there was a problem with a credit card which a bank picked up –

      why the site was down for so long is something we need to sort out with the hoster.

      Yep, my bad for the outage in the first place I’m afraid, forgot to update my credit card number after it was changed last month. Had that side of it fixed inside 10-15 minutes of the outage, but the hosts (namesco) didn’t reenable the site correctly until this morning.

      On a separate note, am thinking of moving the site to blackknight.ie – any thoughts/experiences?

      Blacknight are really efficient and helpful. Most people I know who run websites in Ireland use them.
