OsborneClarke are very good guys to use for industry players – they’ve made some real efforts to ‘gel’ with small developers and publishers, but be aware that they’re ‘legal’ only (as in contractual law, licensing agreements & the like), not ‘legal & techies’ like patent agents (e.g. us @ Tomkins :D ). They’d probably refer you to patent agents for an appreciation of the IPRs present and protectable in your technology (this distinction is important: for lawyers, us patent guys are engineers – and for engineers, us patent guys are lawyers!)
Obscure (goes by same pseudo on IGDA forums) is also a very experienced outfit, but same remark as for OsbourneClarke applies.
