There has been a newly created website to help create a central meeting point for all 2D and 3D artists in Ireland.

Minor piece of feedback, hope it might help, you’ve got ~25 forums there and only ~50 posts; makes it look really empty, makes navigation hard. I know you want specific forums, but a lot of sites make the forums general, and split them as demand grows – better growing strategy.
Even this website probably has too many subforums.
