This is recruitment for the Volunteer game already referenced in http://www.gamedevelopers.ie/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4172&highlight=
We are currently actively seeking coders for work on the control mechanics of the skier (left, right, jump, friction etc). We are using the TGEA engine which is a commerical engine, meaning it costs money to use. We have no qualms buying the engine for dedicated, qualified applicants and will readily do so.
We are also looking for another 3d modeller to work on background buildings such as log cabins. These are to be made and textured as 3d models with collision to be added afterwards.
Here is some new eye candy.

Very nice Barry. Models look great. If you guys haven’t looked at it already it would be nice if the barriers were physically modelled so that when the character collides with them they deform. Same code could be used for clothes too.
Lots of code examples out there.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Basically the main focus of this project is getting it out the door and the design doc has been made with that in mind.
There are a few unique selling points but they are realistic for our team and schedule. I daren’t say what they are here as they are readily replicated by a savvy individual. I try to run shop atleast somewhat like a professional setup, including the nda mentality.Billowing clothes are on the boards kyoto.
We have very decent character modellers for a volunteer project right now I have to say, Dmitry and Subedei.Keeps the comments coming, they are good motivation.
