      Irish Sound, Science and Technology Convocation 2011
      Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 9:00 AM – Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 11:00 PM (GMT), Limerick, Ireland

      The Irish Sound, Science and Technology Convocation is themed "Overture." This theme reflect the inaugural Convocation and the formation of ISSTA.

      Registration and Membership

      The registration for the Convocation includes a year’s membership to ISSTA.

      Workshop registration

      Each workshop has room for 12 participants. Note: Workshop 3 and 4 run concurrently.

      Workshop 2: GNU/Linux and Ambisonic Audio (Harry van Haaren)

      Workshop 3: Hacking Digital Musical Interfaces (A. Cavan Fyans, Adnan Marquez-Borbon)

      Workshop 4: Sensor-based Interactive Audio-visual Art Using Open-Source Software (Liam O’Sullivan)
