Stop production?
Out of interest why are you basing this game specifically in this universe? Are you hoping to do a good tech demo and possibly get the WB to pick up full production? But be prepared that the WB have many large studios now which could crack out a Supernatural game if the market demands such a title. If you are not going this direction seems like you could loosely base your game on the themes of the show and make your own original production for steam or the likes.

Thats pretty much it in a nut shell Pete.
If they come at me witha c ease and desist we can make very slight changes and its a game based on the theses and mechanics seen on the show. As it is we have our own characters and story line so its really a name change and a few smaller things. Has to be Free to play anyway since we are using CryEngines free SDK so until their Indie license comes out its going to be free.I have talked at length about this with the team and a few industry established friends and the general consensus is to go for it until we are stopped and then just change it to suit. Either way it will work, Its just nice to sit in beside a fanbase for a show that is decently large.
Kind Regards
Cathal
