      Number 1 for me is potential for development, I don’t want to work for a few years and then raise my head up to realise I’ve missed essential training.

      Otherwise fairly close to Skyclad, but with the additional note that location and atmosphere are a joint 2nd. Working in barbados won’t make up for a shitty atmosphere, and party central won’t make up for a 3 hour commute wearing a kevlar vest.

      Fortunately i’m pretty happy moving anywhere at the moment. I don’t have anything tying me down. but it would become important at some point.
