      Does anyone know who actually owns codemasters now?

      I read an Indian company bought 50% last year and I think a VC owns the rest but these things change fast.

      any help appreciated

      Reliance Big Entertainment (Indian company) own 50% alright, but not sure about the other half. Doesn’t seem to be much online about that..

      yes I think Balderton sold some of their share to Reliance.

      hard to keep track these days. Balderton seem to be a UK company which spun off from a US company…they have bought into a few game companies

      Am writing something on UK and European companies but figuring out who owns them is quite difficult..

      Codemasters is currently owned 50% by Balderton Capital and 50% by Reliance Big Entertainment.
