replying promptly to user questions or concerns
gathering input from power users for future development
relaying major customer service issues to the Community Manager
writing comprehensive help files and tips
writing community announcements about bug fixes and enhancements
doing QA: performance testing, security testing, submitting detailed bug reports, across our portfolio of games on [/list:u:0761826cff]Requirements:
[list:0761826cff]2 years of customer service experience preferably at an internet company
must have excellent speaking skills complemented by exceptional written and oral skills and strong organizational abilities.
excellent conflict resolution skills
active on major social networks: Facebook, MySpace, Twitter
experience with gaming on mobile platforms ios (iphone, ipad) , android smart phones
excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
organized and detail-oriented
ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
experience with zenddesk ticket support software an advantage
community management or moderation experience on message board software such as phpBB or vBulletin[/list:u:0761826cff] -
